Sneha Sood, MD, President, Board of Directors
Neonatologist, Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children
Dr. Sood attended medical school and completed her residency training at the John A. Burns School of Medicine, followed by a joint fellowship in Neonatology with Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children (KMCWC) and Tripler Army Medical Center. She was a Neonatologist attending at KMCWC until June 2000, when she left to take a position with the University of Auckland and Middlemore Hospital/National Women’s Hospital in New Zealand. She returned to Hawai‘i and is currently in the Division of Neonatology at KMCWC.
Tonya Tyler, Secretary/Treasurer, Board of Directors
Tonya Tyler has extensive administrative experience, which includes previously working in commercial insurance, volunteering for non-profits, and marketing her own business. She has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a teaching credential. She is currently a full-time elementary school teacher.
